We've recently got installed a Geberit concealed cistern and noticed only after the plumber left that the water flushes only if I keep the button pressed (for either long and short flush same situation). Is there a way to adjust this myself, or should I call back the plumber? Seems a minor issue, especially that the system is newly installed. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'd call the Manufacturer and book a service call.
The Plumber only installs the product, and if it's new, I would expect it to work.

The only adjustments the Plumber is required to make is the water level in the cistern from the inlet valve

Hello Andrea, I am wondering if you managed to fix your problem because we have exactly the same problem with our new Geberit cistern

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
