ok lads
first post so take it easy. been called to a job with foul smell coming from inside the house from the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. i've inspected the soil and its vented up and over the roof but the 4" from the w.c runs a metre then returns half a metre then carrys on to the outside returns back on it self and then connects to the soil pipe. i was thinking of fanny traps on the kitchen sink and bath etc in case the traps are being drawn away of water but the 4" pipe work really concerns me as if theres no real run away and foul water is welling then do think this could be a possible cause. i cant really think of anything else. thanks in advance
