Guys, unless its me or they are having problems can anybody point me in the direction of a different shower parts firm /supplier ?

It's not just you, I found them absolutely useless when I tried them for first time not too long ago

used showerdoc lasty week, parts arrived next day, no issues at all, always used them and found then as good as gold.

Next day, usually takes 4 days and that's if they reply to your email through site. Usually they don't

why phone, find the part you want, order online, pay and wait, they are an internet company after all.

They still have..excellent service every time..with quick delivery and have found respond to enquires very well

You will not have any problems with Di Vapor. They're fas with delivery, good service and respond within an hour of e-mailing them most times - Shower, Bath and More Spare Parts from Di Vapor

I have never had an issue with showerdoc, every time I have ordered from them it has turned up the next day. I have emailed over pictures for shower identification and they were very helpful.

Useless, I was recommended them, took pics & forwarded 3 times in July, still no reply.
