Good morning All
I’m having a new boiler fitted in my kitchen and having the floor level raised.
What is the safest way to protect the copper pipework when covering it with concrete to allow for pipe expansion.
 
TLDR: pipework should not be embeded directly in concrete. See, for example:

 
Best way is a to install / form a pipe duct and put a ply lid on it
