Pump Malfunction

Hello i need an advice on what going on with my pump what causing it and how to fix .
So when you open shower pump starts kind of pulsing i have video attached here . so its on and off on and off all the time .

Either it’s not sensing full flow or the flow switch are gone or could be the shower not opening fully anything else connected to the pump?

Have you tried removing it and cleaning the filters ?

everything is connected to this pump sink toilet , but when open sink then water flows normal only with shower its cutting of

I would start looking at the shower then is it a bar mixer ?

its actually happens only on hot water , and on all outlets . there is this white plastic thing inside the pump on the hot water out witch have a spring and rubber seal . witch seems that seal is in wrong spot its kinda messed up could that be a cause of it ? and can it be replaced or need to call manufacturer to change whole pump ?
