Just thought I would update from previous post if anyone interested, above boiler had ignition fault, though I got up early and watch boiler until fault occurred right after some gurgling sounds so basically ran HW and CH for a couple of hours, never heard anymore noises and has had no faults since so I'm guessing air has managed to escape via vent . Happy days.
