Hi,

I've got a Potterton Promax HE Plus combi boiler and had a question I was hoping someone could help answer for me? The boiler switches on and heats up the radiators upon being activated but it seems that once the radiators get hot the pilot light on the boiler switches off for a while until it then reignites and stays heated for another duration. Is this the way it is meant to work?

The same seems to happen with the water heater when switched on.
