All my posts have to be approved manually at the moment, have I not completed something or how long will this be for? Thanks

it is a new procedure that has been brought in to try and stop spammers. recently we have been getting rather a large amount of spammers from india, indonesia and other places which take time to remove. it is nothing you have or haven't done, every new member is having to get moderated manually.

how long is it before i am not 'new' because it just took about 4 hours for my posts to get published then. thanks

You need to get your post count up. Don't fret. Life's too short.

it probably took four hours for your post to be published because there wasn't anyone available to do it any sooner.
