(I live in the UK so if supplying products please sugest UK items - many thanks)

I need some advice on how to fit a Washing machine/Dishwasher. Any feedback/ideas would me much appreciated.

Currently the sink is set up with one of these dual sink wash traps (see image or link at the bottom of the page). The trap is then connected to some floplast waste pipes and 90* bend sections.

The issue I have encountered is that all my dual sink wash outlets are full. For some unknown reason the boiler waste is connected to one of the outlets and a washing machine is connected to the other.

Unfortunately the landlord isn't very helpful with the situation.

If this was my house I would probably drill an additional hole through the wall for the boiler waste, but alas it's not my house.

So to reiterate my question is there any way of having three of these outlet.

Either through adding parts to the sink sockets.

Or adding parts to the floplast waste pipes (e.g replacing the 90* with a Tee section).

Or should I give up and argue with the landlord about the boiler waste being connected here so that I can fit my kitchen appliances.

Kind Regards,

Adam

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
