Tried looking for entry info and only able to find post from 2009, are they still all correct?

Thanks in advance

No just 77 posts. If they had to be useful there would only be two members, ray and Tamz.

Ermy is so right.
Im now on 630 posts of utter crape.
Luckily for me i can easily forsee 20k one day....as i never stop talking out my harris and crape is plentiful [emoji12]

Like a posting machine erm.

I'm waiting for a tenant who can't possibly get up out of bed before 0900 for an annual service!!

Place ice looks real nice if you know what I mean!

Unlikely VI. They let you and me in, after all!

I know Ray, but they did put me through the mill though? When it became obvious I was not going to give up, they made me buy a drink for everyone in the arms. What a waste of money that turned out to be:)

Why the rush Duran? You do realise you have to clean the place first whilst leaving your wallet on the bar to cover the drinks for everybody that turns up that night and once in then there is no point of return don`t you? lol

No rush. Asked because eventually like post up some questions but not keen on them being in a public forum, searchable by google etc.

Sounds like a swell place.

It sure is swell!!

Sounds reasonable to me.
Swell is one word I wouldn`t of thought of, more like Swill some nights as some people have a strange taste in drinks.

It's not as salubrious as advertised. Mods spent all funds fixing the toilets the sparkies fitted in the tilers lounge. We ended up with some ex display seats from bus terminal expo! They smell of wee fresh from factory?

I have a plumber coming tomorrow to change a cartridge on a badly dripping tap on my bathroom mixer unit. There is no separate isolating valve for this tap so I'll have to close the stopcock. I tried closing it today but it won't go absolutely 100% closed and there is still a very slight flow...

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
