I have a twin control, 2 way diverter and temperature knobs, Noken NK Porcelanosa mixer with really stiff controls. I'm trying to identify replacement valves but....

I can't find any way to remove the knobs. There are no obvious access points for grub screws, no covers or removable radial bars with screws beneath. I've pulled the handles by hand without any obvious movement.

The spares sheet for something similar shows plastic inserts inside / behind the knobs, do the handles snap onto these?

Are these plastic inserts sacrificed when the knobs are removed therefore replacements will be required?

I'm replacing the shower cartridge on my Bristan 1901 Thermostatic Exposed Dual Control Shower (Top Outlet). I have removed the cap and screw but the temperature handle won't come off. Am I missing something or does it just need more force?

Hi, not sure of model but it seems to be the 3 square type taps/valves like cross water controls for my shower. How do you remove the square control knobs? There seems to be no little grub screw any where on each of the square knobs and I have tried to see if they just pull off, but no joy...

My shower temperature control knob isn't working anymore - only produces hot water. I tried replacing the cartridge but I can't seem to remove the existing one. What's the best way to remove the cartridge I've attached pictures of? It's very very stiff.
