Can someone please advise as to what is causing this issue with my sons boiler

Hi, How long has your boiler been making this sound? Is there any other info you can give the members? When does it happen? Is it random? Who make and model is the boiler? How old is it?

Viessmann combi starts when cold, mixer, tap is opened

POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler - Hot Water Issue
Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
