Hi a customer has asked me to solve a problem with noises vibrating pipes, it's left me scratching my head a bit, when you turn the taps on or flush the Loo the pipes vibrate loudly, I've ruled out high pressure as when you turn the stop tap right down to almost a trickle they still vibrate, I've checked the washers and jumpers on the, taps, OK, the toilet already has an equilibrium valve fitted, and the strange thing is the vibrating happens also at night when the water is static and no one is running a tap or flushing the Loo, they have a cylinder in the cupboard for hot water and central heating, not a combi boiler. Can any one help please.

Check the cold main doesn't tee off next door vibrating back as had this twice, check with neighbours to rule out ,
