Hi, everyone

Just moved into what was a commercial building. It's now residential, but all the electrical and plumbing systems are done to commercial standards rather than domestic.

I'm a keen DIYer, but it's a steep learning curve.

The heating system in particular is ancient, but works perfectly so I have no reason to replace it. Maintenance however is another story.

I'll be posting questions as each problem presents itself , starting with my DHW pump ....
