Hi everyone,

Hopefully someone can help advise.

I recently moved into a barn which uses a 15KW electric tank to do all the heating and hot water. I would like to replace this with a gas boiler.

Gas was not available in 2016 when the barn was converted, but now new gas mains are being laid up the road right outside my property so now would be a good time to get connected. My question is, am I allowed to get a boiler fitted in the current location of my electric boiler (rip out this horrible thing) The pictures below show its location.

Any advice appreciated

Andy
