Hi all,

I've recently started working in the property sector but do not have any experience with gas. I wonder if you could chuck at me some common gas hazards you regularly find in the home?

I would really like to be a bit more vigilant in this area.

Many thanks

Incorrect fitted appliances.
Incorrect fitted flues
Incorrect flue terminals
Incorrect clearances
Incorrect gas pressures
Incorrect gas pipe size
Incorrect ventilation
Incorrect combustion
Gas leaks
Flue leaks
CO leaks
CO poisoning

Just to name a few
Hope this helps
