MHV system Ecocent maxi boiler needs fixing and servicing, and air source heat pump needs servicing

Hi, our Ecocent Maxi 3001 boiler needs fixing. It comes on for a few seconds then blows the electrics. The immersion does work though when the boiler is on standby so we can get hot water. The manufacturer has indicated they assume the problem is the capacitor or the compressor. We’d like someone to come to fix the boiler and also service the mechanical heat and ventilation system, and also the air source heat pump. We are in Llantrisant, South Wales. Thanks
