Prior's Court, a Berkshire charity providing specialist support to young people with autism, is looking for two full time Maintenance Plumbers to join our team.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.

The role:
We have vacancies for two Maintenance Plumbers to join our team to provide high quality, cost effective planned reactive maintenance and repair service to all plumbing system across the 50 acre Prior’s Court Estate and surrounding owned properties.

Responsibilities include:
  • Undertaking the maintenance, servicing and installation of all the Prior's Court plumbing systems. Providing accurate related paperwork for all plumbing works including heating, water and specialist systems.
  • Being a point of contact for the maintenance, servicing and installation of all the Estates plumbing systems and ensuring all works are undertaken within agreed time frames.
  • Carrying out all plumbing repairs and in-house plumbing projects to a high level and standard, conforming to the current Gas safe, Oftec and British Standard Regulations.
  • Working to an agreed programme of rolling upgrades for domestic and commercial plant across the Estate, liaising with the Estates Manager, to ensure all condition reports are provided.
  • Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a 24/7 call out response programme is in place for all emergencies relating to plumbing and heating.
