Hi

Customer has called me to say theu previous tenant has taken the room stat so they currently have no heating! They have a British Gas WR1 receiver and seperate timer so i assume they had an RC1 stat.

Does anyone know what the replacement would be? BG appear not to make them anymore so i need a new stat and am after some advice as to what would be required to do the job!

Thanks in advance!

There are a few different options mate. Do you just want a room stat or one you can control from your phone?

Are you a heating engineer or just joe public??

If they want like for like thn type the receiver code into eBay and get a second hand version of what they should have had, them just re pair it to the receiver that is already fitted
