My Logic Combi 30 Boiler was working fine. Whilst servicing it, the hot water stopped firing up although the heating still works. . Engineer said these cheap boilers often do this when turned off and back on again and now it needs a flow something. Is this correct please? He also had a leak while he was servicing it.
 
Never happened to me but he could of knocked / somethings broken it’s only plastic
