Quarter turn ceramic Tap cartridge, there's a gazzilion different ones, you'll need to remove the old one to photo it.

looks like you need to replace your quarter turn tap cartridge

Its a cartridge, either ceramic disk or full turn type, beware they are not all the same , take it to a merchants and try and match it .
