What do your books say? 🤔😉

If you’re only changing like for like, then pretty much anyone who’s into diy can change one. If it’s altering pipework, this is where it can get a little more skilled. I haven’t watched the video, but one tip would be to count the number of lockshield turns on and off, so as not to upset the system balance.

Also mark the bottom of the old radiator with a pencil, so you know where the bottom is before you remove the radiator. Then it's easier to hang your new brackets.
Thanks for the advice. these type of radiators come with these brackets, what’s the easiest way to mark the wall to hang these? Some one must have a technique lol.

You may also need extension tails as radiator sizes have changed, also get some blanking plugs temporarily in case the valves let by.
I needed a 3/4 washing machine blanking plug for mine, yours may be different.

Measure and level the top brackets and hang the rad then mark the bottom ones once level and happy
