I'm looking for some advice on installing a toilet in an outbuilding before I get some prices in from plumbers!

I'm having an outbuilding built in my garden and would like a toilet and kitchenette in there but the problem I have is the building is about 20m away from the back of the house where the waste pipes run and the bottom of the garden is much lower than the back of the house and there is no way of getting a drop on the pipe back to the house.

I want to avoid a septic tank if possible are there any other solutions I could consider?
