Ive replaced the fill valve contraption and flapper inside which didn't help the slow filling problem.
Also tried it without the t valve connected and the toilet fills up perfectly, maybe three times faster.

The T-Valve that came with the bidet seems to be much smaller inside but so do the other ones i would attempt to replace it with.

How to identify dripping tap.
Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
