Hi, Can anybody recognise the shower fitting from these pix? Installed about four years ago and the thermostatic cartridge appears to have failed. EG Temperature soars if the loo is flushed anywhere in the house. Much appreciate the help!IMG_1872.jpgIMG_1875.jpg

Check there's no name or numbers on the back of valve... Bristan stuff is normally labelled!
 
Shower bars look so similar, so without a brand or code to identify it, it'll be nearly impossible to get the right cartridge from the bar.

Take the cartridge out, take some pics and measurements of it and send them them to Di Vapor here - https://www.divapor.com/find-a-part.php

They usually respond within a couple of hours. I'd be surprised if they couldn't identify the cartridge you need.
