Can anyone please suggest how I can identify the make and model of the valve by the picture. It is circa 15 old.

If it’s branded, I would expect it to usually be on the chrome collar/wallplate. It could be that it’s underneath the gubbins, eg, on the cartridge, or concealed valve.

If you get the handles and cover plate off, send a photo of the valve in the wall.
Often the same valve can have literally dozens of handle options- which we won’t recognise- but the valve will be common to them.
Post up a photo of inside.

It could be a hansgrohe ibox?

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?

Hi. I need a new toilet supply line but don’t know the size type of the fitting at the shut off valve. It is not 3/8 compression. It is a plastic nut about the same size as the one going into the cistern but has a different thread. Attached is a photo. Can you advise. Thanks.

The fittings below are for a mixer bar attached to a self contained shower. i.e not a wall. The attaching screws have snapped. I could get two new brackets, dismantle that existing one and start again or I could try and re attach via those screws, removing the broken ones from the plate and wall...
