Hi my boiler has stopped working , I have set the water to come on and the pump starts to work but the boiler does not fire up , I have checked that there is a power supply to the gas valve
I am assuming that the gas valve has failed
 
Simon, sorry mate , forum rules wont allow any answers to this, admin will be along shortly .
 
Maybe the pilot needs relighting.... That's something the homeowner could do
