This is a Triton hand wash, T30i .
Can I check whether the Element is working (or broken) using a Multimeter?
I attach a photo of the 'Can and Element assembly' unit.

You could check for continuity, if there is none then its faulty

You could also check the resistance / ohms but you would need to know the resistance of the element from the manufacturers instructions
