Famine

The original problem was that noises were coming from a commercial installations hot water system. Initially the problem was resolved by installing an air vent to the flow and return of the domestic pipe work but now the noises have returned after a month. Has any body got any idea what is making the noise and what could be done to rectify the situation? Thanks in advance
