Hot water tank in the loft

I have a problem with my heating and water, the rads do not heat up, I have cleaned the system also bleed the system and now the hot tank in the loft is always over flowing. I have just checked the lofted again and the water is going into the small tank from the bottom a pipe from the airing cupboard? I have to now turn off the mains water to stop lossing water all day.

Get a plumber in asap. Better to be safe than sorry

Where did you get tank with hot water on loft? it is nonsense! what sort of system you got for HW and CH???
