Hi,

There has been a previous thread about this but I've been told to start a new one:

1) BRAND NEW dishwasher - [h=1]Hoover HED120W/1-80 12 Place Freestanding Dishwasher White HED120W/1-80[/h]
2) BRAND NEW pipework installation about a month ago
3) Dishwasher and washing machine all off the same pipework.
4) Dishwasher used to work only on Eco and now it doesn't work on anything at all
5) Cycle starts but as soon as it gets to the wash cycle it stops.
6) Error lights on pre-wash and wash which means "Faucet not open" according the instructions
7) All taps are open, pipe isn't kinked and stopcock is as open as it can go

Any ideas?

Not that I know of - we had a plumber round to do the pipework and install the dishwasher for us. No idea what the blanking plate is...

Have you taken the pipe off to make sure that you are actually getting water flowing? I'd get the plumber back. He should of let it do one full cycle whilst he was there anyway.

Water is definitely flowing - as I said the Eco-cycle used to work and everything was working ok, even though the other programs wouldn't work. When the door is opened after the error beep, everything has been rinsed as it's all wet.

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...
