Honeywell 7 day programmer fault

Hi has anyone come across this fault i have just come accoss on a Honeywell ST9400C 7 day programmer. On the main display just says "IDLE".
I took the unit off the backplate but it just says the same. No buttons are responding.

There was a batch of dodgy honeywell programmers I while ago. There was a big recall.

I've had two in the last couple of months , no power from H / W

Duff unit. Contact Honeywell and request a replacment.
