REDSAW

sent my customer to screwfix to pick up a new 3 port.
when i took it out the box it got me puzzled as there was only 3 wires and not the 5 as normal..

sent him to get another from the merchant with 5 wire and the serial numbers were all the same!

whats that all about???????

Diverter 3 port

its the one in the plumbfix catalogue.
exactly the same box and stock number at merchants !!

beware if you pick oneup in a rush to a job!
how stupid is that?

According to the Screwfix website they only sell a 3 port with 5 wires. I guess some mistake has happened somewhere.

Hi I have changed my Honeywell T6360 thermostat to a Salus T105RF wireless thermostat. There was three wires going to the original honeywell thermostat. One of these being the supply and another going to the boiler. I wasn't sure what the other wire was and so didn't connect up. Now the Salus...

My 3 way actuator valve has gone on my central heating. I think it's a combination of the valve motor burning out due to a stiff valve on the pipework. I'm considering doing the fix myself but wanted to check I know what I'm doing beforehand or whether I should get a plumber in, have I missed...
