Until recently the closest thing to 'plumbing' I've ever undertaken was removing and cleaning sink u-bends. However, a few weeks ago the flush on my Mum's toilet wasn't working properly and, whilst sorting that out, I discovered a leak from one of the cistern pipes. Cue a steep, but interesting, learning curve! Still one outstanding issue so will be posting a plea for advice soon.
