Help Needed Removing Tap Knobs

Hi all,

Can someone advise me how I go about removing the handles/knobs on this tap to give them some tlc please?

They look like the type that has a top disc cover on the heads.
If there is a cover, then a blade of a knife might prise them off and there will be screw heads below to hold heads on.
Similar heads have an outer disc at top that needs unscrewed using a strap wrench, but I think yours just has a centre disc, although difficult to see on my phone

Pair of rubber gloves to give grip, try unscrewing the centre disc, if no joy try unscrewing the next larger section. If that fails then as above prise the centre disc out.
