Hi

I'm a home owner as was going someone here could help me identify my toilet filler valve and where I can source it?

Its a fluidmaster, most plumbers merchants will sell them or you can get them from screwfix.
 
Or don't worry about the tail, you can just pull that grey plastic ring up (on the stem in the cistern) then pull the top half of the valve out and replace with the top half of a new valve.
Is that a dauntless elite cistern by the way?
 
What’s the reason for renewing the valve? Diaphragm should are available if it’s a noise/not shutting off issue.
