Height of new boiler install

We have a job to replace this boiler with a Viessmann but as you can see from the photos its quite high up. Obviously the boxing in around it will be coming down and have a door on it after but would you think it too high to fit a new boiler. Its gonna be about 8ft to bottom of boiler. Am just think of carrying out the work safely and problems with serving. Any input would be great

Get a small scaffold set or hire.

Check with V , their engineers dont carry step ladders

Will there be enough clearance, and where will the condensate go? Glad I am not doing it.
