It's 450mm of the floor under a worktop so can't get the grip on it properly as it's putting pressure on the pipe work that's isolated

That's what your knees are for, undo from the comp nuts and roll it into your lap, and flip right way up (pipe at top)

Anything wrong with it (other than installation)

Heater wrong way up
Not secured
No expansion vessel
D1 and d2 wrong
No tundish
No trap on waste pipe
Incoming cold piped to the hot outlet

Yeh I thought the multipoint was a horizontal install
There is a expansion vessel just left of pic
Everything else spot on
Whoever installed it must have thought the waste can be used as a tun dish lol

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
