Hi all, any help would be much appreciated as I'm a little confused.

Setup is an unvented cylinder (yplan) with a glowworm boiler.

When the timeclock is hot water on nothing happens & when heating is timeclock on/stat up nothing happens.

If you press a button actually on the boiler from 'off' to the 'rad' symbol the boiler will fire up and the heating will come on (rads warm up and it seems odd but the hot water will warm up too).

We did have a code (f11) come up the other week, but this disappeared after my dad reset the boiler.

My old man will be getting someone out, but it seems like everyone is flat out from the people he has called locally today & so wasn't sure it their was anything we could temporarily do to get things going.

Thanks all
