I'm looking for a heating engineer to repipe my system.
Old pipework with a lot of dead legs and over 40 years old.
Three floors (attic extension)
5 existing radiators and 2 new required in loft extension.
Boiler on first floor, underfloor heating in lounge, (wet).
Looking for someone York area to carry out survey and quote for work.
Thank you.

Post code Yo24.
Change of plan.
Decided to install whole new system rather than mess about.
New boiler, pipework and a couple of additional rads.
Big job I know but hopefully won't have to do it again.
Thinking of the Worcester Bosch for reliability.
Thought of BG as they can offer extended warranty and breakdown cover.
Worry free
Don't know if this helps but could be a worthwhile job for someone.

Methinks that you are being rather cynical.

BG (in my humble opinion) do attract a level of unwarranted criticism - but if you are big, you do need to take the knocks.

However, this forum might not be to your taste, but there is far better value around ( either here, or if you prefer elsewhere) than BG.

Apologies if this offends, but in the current climate, we all need to see the value of every £ we spend
