I have a combi boiler (Baxi Duo Tec)
I have two radiator towel rails one of which is in a room we don't use so would like to turn it off.
Neither of these two have thermostats, (rest of the house does.)
Any help appreciated on how to switch off one of them.

Hi there, Can I simply undo the screws on this heater towel rail, make sure it's off and prop it up while I paint the wall behind it? I saw tutorials that said to drain towel rails but mine doesn't have any controls, just a switch outside the bathroom. Thanks!
