Not sure if this water regs or building regs.
can grey water, in this respect I mean" kitchen sink, food waste, washing up liquid, disinfectant etc" go into a soakaway.
its a rural property, with a septic tank, but I have just been told the kitchen sink empties into a soakaway.
 
Exactly what is happening at the moment, but I have return a report with fact I.e.building reg number or water reg number which is contravened, the surveyors who pay us will only act on fact not on my presumption, Surveyors is a loose term for the dept who look after these properties.
