Hello, thought I'd join this thread to share experience and information
Been around plumbing for some 40 odd years now and have some new projects coming up.
These will include:
Install new oil fired boiler to our house
Install used oil fired boiler to my workshop
Consider installing ASHP to house
Rainwater harvesting system
Renew water mains - quite a few on the list
As my forum name suggests, I operate a digger and other plant - foundations, trenches for pipes and cables, ponds, landscaping etc
Handy with a box of spanners and have a large workshop to play in
So, as I gather information ready to buy stuff then I'll post on separate threads under the correct forum headings
Other interests are - big boys toys, landscaping, caravanning, holidays, family fun (6 grandchildren), ham radio, driving, HGVs, pickup trucks etc

Yes, strange old world we live in
I stay clear of them and keep myself to myself
Often see cowboys on site. Personally, am overqualified and bloody careful
