Hi,
Looking for a G3 qualified and experienced plumber to take a look at one of our Heatrae Sadia multipoint 50 units sited above ceiling in office toilets,we have an issue were there is constant running water through the tundish.
B31 area.

UK Can't get stopcock 100% closed to allow a tap repair

Mira shower mixer adjustment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
