Going tomorrow to do a gas safety check on a property for a potential buyer , passed the house on way home tonight and noticed the flue coming out horizontal through a pitched roof.
First thought that can't be allowed then noticed several houses like it as i slowly drove through.
Relative new build houses as well so do some manu's allow this ??

Must admit it looked crap

yes but im sure is needs to be about 450mm from the roof

So don't that have a conflict of interest with the amount of flue show ng to sunlight?
