Help missing ring for flange bolts
I am not very handy, but planned to replace the wax ring on my toilet. When I removed the bowl, I saw that where the flange bolts attach what missing - rusted away. Can I somehow replace that missing part to reattach the toilet to use again. What part would I need to get? The flooring is a very old plywood type and $$wise I can only do what I can afford. Sorry but my knowledge of plumbing terms and such is very limited
