I have received this email from a customer of mine. Can anyone help?

We rented out our house and the people who rented it sad they got someone to look at our boiler. I believe they tampered with the settings and the boiler is not working as it did before. All I want is to know the default setting for the TS program to check this. There are 29 program settings and I need to know what is the factory defaults.


Are you able to provide this? E.g. P01 setting 01, P02 setting 02 and so on...

No Sorry, I am confused as to what the guy wants to be honest but Ferroli only off the info to Gas safe engineers.
