Can anyone help? I have an issue in a commercial premises where the disabled toilet which is adjacent to two other toilets is backing up, i have tried putting through a spring to clear which is going in about 4 meters but not hitting any blockages there are no rodding points and the soil pipe dissapears behind a glass brick wall with no access, Could it be a venting issue on the line? the disabled toilet is on the left with the other two toilets to the right in seperate rooms, the middle one appears to be running away ok and the toilet on the right is backing up slightly though not as bad as the disabled toilet this toilet has a durgo valve which when removed the toilet on the right runs away ok but the disabled is still backing up...........HELP!
