Can anyone help identify this valve manufacturer so I can find a trim kit?

I really thought I could some how install a delta on my existing tub, but appears once a rough in kit is in, that's what your stuck with (or at least that's what Delta is telling me). Am I wrong?

Viessmann combi starts when cold, mixer, tap is opened
Recently had a Viessmann Vitodens combi boiler installed, quite often when the adjacent cold mixer tap is opened the boiler starts for a few seconds! Can anyone tell me what is causing this? And how to cure?
