Discuss Could this be a Rat?! Whole in pan connector in the Plumbing Forum | Plumbing Advice area at PlumbersForums.net

Woke this morning to see water pouring out the bottom of our downstairs loo. Took a closer look and found this large whole in the pan connector. Easy enough to replace - but what could have made this hole? Is a rat the most obvious answer? See picture!

Yes quite possibly its highly unlikely that a multi Kwik type of pan connector would fail like that , I have seen Flexi type connectors chewed and have replaced a few there are products that can be fitted to prevent this happening . Kop
